Changes To Your Home: Form Needed

From Section 4 of the Ashton Park Policy Manual, ref: changes to residences:
Owners are encouraged to consult with professional design planners, engineers, contractors and other professionals early in the design process.  Once association approval is obtained, applicable permits must be obtained from city, county, or state officials as required by law.  Owners bear the sole responsibility for obtaining required permits.

Fundamental to the covenants is the requirement that all exterior improvements to the homeowner's property be reviewed and approved by the association Board of Directors or the Site and Architectural Review Board (SARB)  prior to the beginning of any work or application for any required permits.

Unauthorized improvements may result in fines and/or the requirement that the improvement be removed, and the site returned to its former appearance and condition.
