Irrigation System

The Ashton Park HOA employs Grassland to service all the irrigation systems in the common areas, as well as the areas outside the courtyards of the Cottages and Townhomes. Grassland's services are for start-up, winterization, and repairs when notified. It is the resident's responsibility to check their timers, watch for leaks, and ensure that their systems are running regularly to keep the grass watered.

Important: irrigation lines inside the courtyard are the owner responsibility for all maintenance.  

Replacement of backflow devices are also not covered by the HOA, but repairs to the backflows are.   

For any repairs not covered by the HOA and for the system within your courtyard, employ the irrigation company of your choice. Please notify them if you have a dog in your courtyard, a locked gate, or if your irrigation controller is located within the garage.

Garbage/Recycling- Pick up is typically on Thursdays.
On those weeks when that varies, the City of Franklin posts signage at each entrance of Ashton Park
