HOA Dues & Transfer Fees

Association Fees:

2024 Monthly HOA Dues
       Traditional Homes - $143
       Cottages - $243
       Townhomes - $367

Monthly dues payments must be received by the 15th of each month to avoid late fees.

Late fees are:
After 30 days $25
After 60 days $50
After 90 days $100

Special Assessments:

2024 Special Assessment to all homeowners - $200 due by March 31st. 

2023 Special Assessment to Townhome homeowners (not including the $200 to all homeowners) - $1,877
Total to townhome owners for their special assessment and the general special assessment is $2,077.
Townhome owners have the option to pay the $2,027 by March 31st to take advantage of the paid in full discount of $50.
12 monthly installments equal $173.08 starting in January.
Or 10 monthly payments of $207.70 starting in March.

Go online to your bank account's bill pay service and make sure the mailing address is:

(2) Recurring Electronic Transfer: Homeowner Online Portal:

This portal allows you to pay your dues using an electronic transfer from your bank account
or credit card for a small fee. 
To request additional information and access to your Homeowner Online Portal, send an email to [email protected].
Please include your Ashton Park address to ensure the correct account linkage.

Whether paying by check or via your bank's service, select a payment date which will allow the payment for receipt in the Sunrise office by the 15th. Generally, this date would be between the 1st and 10th of each month.

Transfer Fees:

Each closing requires a working capital fee of $2,500 payable to Ashton Park Homeowners Association per the CC&Rs. There is also a set-up fee of $200 due to the property management company.
These are one-time payments due at closing.
Buyers should consult with their real estate agent & plan accordingly.
